Realm opens up with Facebook

After working on a Facebook campaign for Earth Share of Georgia, we have decided to launch our own page for Realm. The page could do a lot of things for us as a group that no other tech can really satisfy.

On a professional note, we can use it to show folks what we do and give them a peak into what we think is new and exciting. Not to mention the fact that we can archive work for posterity ('cause we tend to lose stuff). Some of the tools are great. We added a portfolio function that will work directly with our PDFs. We have just started playing with that. The page is just another place for us to display our wares.

On a personal note, there really is no other place where we can share images, thoughts interesting links and other assorted stuff. Granted, there is email and the kitchen refrigerator. But those are very transient. For a day, it is top-of-mind, then it is gone. This way, we can share, think about it, and continue to discuss things for a long time to come.

Technically, it is a fan page. But really, shouldn't we all be fans of where we work? Most of us spend more time here then anywhere else (awake at least). We may as well celebrate it!
